Glass Paper Studio is a small web design studio in Southwest Florida. This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to information you send us.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form or put in an email to us: your name, email address, business name, your current website if you have one, and what you need.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Our host records standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and reliability.
Why we hold it
- To reply to you and prepare a preview
- To do the work you've asked us to do
- To keep a record of what was agreed
Who sees it
We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for marketing. Information is handled by the services we use to run the studio — website hosting, form delivery, email, and payment processing — and only so those services can do their job. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into projects are deleted within about a year. Records for clients are kept for as long as we're required to keep business and tax records.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@glasspaperstudio.com and we'll act on it.
Client websites
Sites we build for clients are operated by those clients. Their own privacy practices are their responsibility, not ours.
